Every year I order bulk t-shirts for Operation Christmas Child boxes. This year, with all of the craziness, I missed my "deadline" for ordering the shirts for them to arrive in time for the box-packing that was already scheduled. Let's just say, that I requested via email to The Adair Group's customer service that if they could process them a little quicker due to my own lateness in ordering. Let's just say that they did...and even over-nighted them so that I will get them in time to pack the boxes. Always good quality and a fantastic deal. The ability to spend less on the shirts (and still have good quality) allows us the ability to purchase other/additional items for the boxes to make them extra special. Thank you!

Bad service !!!! I ordered 2doz T shirts send me wrong color and when I contacted them lady on the phone was very rude seems like she done care at all . Hang up phone with saying good luck you already F*** .BE AWARE ....................... .

I will definitely do business with this company again. Ordered T-shirt s. Items arrived in a destroyed box by delivery company and even had to use a damp cloth to wipe dirt off the garments that did make it through transit. I reached out to the company and within 24 hours had the replacements shipped. They literally saved me as I didn t think I was going to meet a deadline for a big print job i had. KUDOS TO RENEE IN SEEING THIS THROUGH WITH ME. THANKS SO MUCH. I am a happy customer and even happier that I was able to get what I needed to fill/ complete a big order. Look forward to doing more business with The Adair Group again.

Ordered a dozen assorted t-shirts, 2 dozen blue, and some sweatshirts. All the products arrived promptly and with no issues! The assorted showed up with all sorts of colors, just as described on their website, which gave me a little variety to choose from. Overall a wonderful experience, and incredibly simple. Will order again.

i didn't receive the color i ordered. My order was blue, pink, and/or grey t shirts; I received orange and green. Also, the customer service person was very rude.

I've placed several orders from the Adair Group. I've been pleased with everyone. Reasonable prices; shipping is prompt and orders have always been correct. I give them 4 stars. I would have given them 5 if one could mix up the sizes in the dozen your forced to order.

I couldn't wait to get home to send Adair an email. Your staff is extremely wonderful!!. I made a last minute tie die shirt order and the young lady that took my call made my weekend VERY successful (June 27, 2014). I needed my order no later than Friday and I knew I was pushing it only giving Adair 4 days notice. We had a last minute Senior softball tournament to attend and I wanted to surprise the team, so I decided to purchase shirts for everyone. I was leaving town Friday afternoon. Advair jumped through hoops (within their policy guidelines) and made every effort to have the shirts UPS'd on Monday in hopes of delivery prior to my departure. YAY....! received them at 1:30pm at my front door on Friday. Our team loved them and we had lots of compliments. I gave everyone the companies name and told them the full story of how grateful I was that Adair had such caring employees. Special thanks to the young lady who assisted me and probably personally took initiative to see that the shirts were off and running. Thank you! Will buy from Adair in the future. Highly recommend Adair to be everyone's primary source to purchase T-shirts, great quality, AND the price is right too.

They cancelled my order I never received and email they said they called my phoned to also but I had no voice mail and the first lady I spoke with was nasty she sounded like she could care less about the inconvenience ordering from them was a bad move on my part.

I've been working with The Adair Group for so many years that they truly feel like good friends. The entire staff is very friendly, and only exceed their consistent on-time delivery service with their fantastic Customer Service. Thank you for for always making it so easy and enjoyable to do business with!

No room for a truck...they need to stipulate deliveries by box trucks ONLY...53' trailer on the dock and the truck nose against a fence overlooking a 40 foot drop off to a creek...the employees are nice BUT the spot isn't very accomodating for a tractor/trailer...

Has anyone have a good contact number for this company? I ordered two dozen sweatshirts from them online and have not received anything to this day. The purchase was made in July 18. The phone number they have on the website go straight to mailbox. Thank you for any information you guys are willing to share.

I ordered 60 black shirts, and only realized after i put in the order that it was marked slightly irregular. i did some investigating and the site said the differences would be almost impossible to see, so i went with it. i purchased them to design and sell, so i opened the box and checked each shirt front and back to look for holes, uneven hems, and discoloration. the worst i saw was a dust stain on a few shirts, but they re virtually perfect. i got the order after two days (given i live 2 hours away from the location, but still very fast.) and all of the sizes i ordered are there. i was hesitant as it was my first time making an order like this, but i ll definitely make it my go to site for apparel!

Pros: ADAIR has a wide variety of t shirt styles and colors to choose from. Cons: T shirts were received in a cardboard box as shown in the pic. There wasn't any plastic or another type of protection, so the t shirts smell like the cardboard box, and a warehouse. Also, without plastic, the items are not protected if the cardboard shipping box gets wet. ADAIR should consider including plastic wrapping the items when shipping.

BE CAREFUL!! These people will run you around on your order and then make you jump through hoops to get it wrong. There are better deals out there with better service.

Ordered shirts to give out at a charity event I was partaking in, everything went by smooth and Mary had answered all my questions quickly and clearly.

New Review I initially rated this company a 1-star because of my first experience. However, I received an email from the owner explaining why and I am now a fan of theirs. His email was very sincere and genuine. My second order was very smooth. The merchandise was very good quality and I received it timely. Original Rating After my order I was contacted to update my billing address. I contacted them via email and they replied that I needed to call. I called once and left a message. I called again, offices were closed this day, and left another message. They canceled my order without the courtesy of a phone call. So I called back and the lady, Mary, was not very friendly. I tried to place another order but she said do it online. This company is not very customer service friendly.

Check sizes i ordered 2x i guess they have more then 1 catagory of plus sizes. I got wrong ones the owner sent me the larger plus size and they were better then the childs pkus or whatever i ordered.NICE and Comfy THANK YOU
