There are several new shops and famous shops that you can enjoy. Tsutaya Bookstore is also recommended. I didn't feel the congestion as before.

If you love fancy shopping, this place is for you! I was there for Yayoi Kusama art installation in the building.

The design of the building itself was high and the outdoor deck was great. However, there are only a few brands that are familiar with the stores in which we are located, and we do not yet know the customer base. The restaurant above was crowded and the operation was poor.

I had American coffee and chocolate cake at OYA. I think it was good.

Lots of stores and the food department in the basement was especially good. The only con may be that the air conditioning is turned on too high during summer but that's like the same for pretty much every shopping mall so you can ignore that last part

It is beautiful but rich in rich shops. Rooftop garden is not a place where poor people do not dangle other than delicate purpose store.
