So: you have appropriated undue money; you repay me badly and without telling me; I have to waste time asking for my money; Hold back and be annoyed because I want my money back, so you are misappropriating it twice. There is no way to talk directly with the administration. I will of course make a complaint, but it is important that everyone knows how you treat your loyal customers. This is also why I switched to another manager. I wonder if it is right that a company with public participation manages in such a way inadequate relations with customers.

If the price of gas decreases, I always pay the same amount, not convenient, and I get lost !!!
