After years of being your client, when I moved home, you sent me a check for reimbursement of 334 euros (my money you asked me in addition to the amount due). Too bad the check was sent to the old address, so it expired. Now it is more than a month that I am trying to get the transfer, but your arrogant customer service says you have to wait another month or maybe more because your bank tells you that I have not cashed the check. So: you have appropriated undue money; you repay me badly and without telling me; I have to waste time asking for my money; Hold back and be annoyed because I want my money back, so you are misappropriating it twice. There is no way to talk directly with the administration. I will of course make a complaint, but it is important that everyone knows how you treat your loyal customers. This is also why I switched to another manager. I wonder if it is right that a company with public participation manages in such a way inadequate relations with customers.
