Appalling experience and disrespectful service.

We received a call to arrange a visit in the flat we are renting to fix a lamp. When mentioned that we could only allow visits to the flat on week ends, the caller became irate mentioning that it would generate a call out charge. I explained that I would speak to my agency to discuss it and was interrupted by a "good luck with it mate" and hung up upon.

Basic respect and politeness should not be too much to ask when arranging electrical works.

We recently purchased a house in the Mosman area and wanted the electrical work checked out. On calling A1 I spoke with Alex who organised for a quick assessment. When we met I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and ability to articulate everything in a language that made sense. After going through all my requests and also his recommendations we set a plan that was executed in a prompt along with professional manner. Although Alex wasn't the person doing the work the team he sent were just like him. Based on this they will get all my work both new and in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anymore as I'm sure they will be impressed as much as myself.
