Disgusting service I received . Took my studio monitors for repairs and when I called to find out if it's been done, my phone call was passed from pillar to post. I can't afford to run up and down to your stores to find out if my stuff is fixed now. Please hire someone professional with telephone etiquette to answer your calls. Appalling really...

The customer service is not the best here but then...

The customer service is not the best here but then again it does gets quite busy. Finding parking is also a hassle so you might have to park a bit further away. If you don't mind that you can get some pretty good deals. Sometimes they are also willing to negotiate.

Massive range at good prices. Parking is not great...

Massive range at good prices. Parking is not great but the car guards assist in double parking. I would suggest going there knowing what you want to purchase. Definitely not boutique shopping. Floor to ceiling shelves with stock. Did see a lot of musical equipment I wouldn't expect to find easily elsewhere.

I bought studio monitors at the store two days ago...

I bought studio monitors at the store two days ago and inside of the products packaging items (power cables) were missing even after the product was open infront of us the employee at the store kept quiet about the fact that the power cables were missing and reassured me that everything is there in the box. I had to find out later the next day that there were items missing. I've tried e-mailing the store but they don't want to reply to the e-mail, the only option was to call them. Bad service

Is it possible to give minus 5 stars. Sent 2 emails inquiring to purchase amplifiers, no response at all from sales and or info @a1sound. Just pathetic. Decided to find an alternative solution.

Workers are reluctant to assist customers had to trace and call the owner for me to get served properly and he replaced a microphone that had gone for repairs and couldn't be found when I had gone for collection.
