Extraordinarily poor business practice. Terrible, gruff customer service, particularly when securing a unit. Appalling account management. Antiquated payments, including no ability to pay with a credit card or online. And despite all this, zero flexibility on late fees, when we d not even received an invoice reminder. Their response, regarding the servicing of invoices and matching of payments, and their representative says it all.
the bookkeeping is done out of our home, so it doesnt flow as smoothly as a large town business. ..and yes we are still working on the PR skills at the storage......I dont pay him enough to own him
I STRONGLY advise avoiding Space Place when thinking about storage. We came to this place via the local grapevine and in an emergency and will be leaving as soon as it s possible.
The best storage facility in the West Little Rock area! They have the best prices I could find! We've rented here now a few separate times. Dave, the general manager, is TOP NOTCH! He's super friendly, helpful, professional, and caring. Not the newest storage place around, but it's very secure, clean, and well kept! Give Dave and A Space Place a shot! You'll be glad you did!
