Antiquated payments, including no ability to pay with a credit card or online. And despite all this, zero flexibility on late fees, when we d not even received an invoice reminder. Their response, regarding the servicing of invoices and matching of payments, and their representative says it all.

the bookkeeping is done out of our home, so it doesnt flow as smoothly as a large town business. ..and yes we are still working on the PR skills at the storage......I dont pay him enough to own him

I STRONGLY advise avoiding Space Place when thinking about storage. We came to this place via the local grapevine and in an emergency and will be leaving as soon as it s possible.
