Positive experience ... explained everything thoroughly...quick to respond...went above and beyond in customer service and finding us a home.

Rafael was a shining star in the process of selling our house. He gave great advice about a few small things we could do. For me, I thought selling the house would be the most stressful part of the process, but Rafael was incredible and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommended!

Rafael was very helpful, easy to work with, and knowledgeable! He is so resourceful and had an idea for every obstacle we found while looking at homes. He even helped us fix our flat tire when we were out looking at homes one evening , just an all around great guy !

Rafael is frustratingly lazy and unresponsive. He says he needs everything ASAP and fills his emails with passive aggressive capital letters and underlining. When you need something from him, he does not respond ASAP. It took him until 17th October to give me a receipt for a cash only charge for a rental application given to him in mid-July. When I moved out, breaking the lease I did my part to find a replacement (for a $400 new lease fee). Rafael was so slow at processing this that the person subsequently left after 6 weeks and there was no legal recourse keeping him there. If he had actually issued the lease in a timely manner, there may have been an opportunity to once again charge $400 for a new lease but missed it. Thankfully in other cities landlords and renters deal directly and this type of middleman agent job is seen as a useless timewasting cost. I do not have respect for A Plus Realty Group nor Rafael.

Rafael was excellent. He was always available for showings, advice, and expert knowledge on both the area and connecting us with reliable people throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an enjoyable home buying experience!

Robert fanning that s not the Rafael I know. Not sure what you are talking about because when I dealt with Rafael he was always responsive, fast, and knowledgeable, the guy was probably just mad because it seemed like he was trying to brake his lease.

We have worked with Rafael on rentals as well as a purchase. He has helped us find tenants in 3 rental units of our owner occupied multifamily over a period of about 5 years. In 2018, we purchased a single family home while lining up new tenants for when we vacated. We were glad to have Rafael help us out with both. Our experiences with Rafael have always been pleasant, worthwhile, and hassle-free. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to a friend.

I worked with Rafael for six months in search of my first home. He was very professional throughout the process. He always made himself available. With his expertise and patience, I purchased my first home on 05.19.17. At the closing, Rafael helped refer me to contractors for hardwood floors, landscapers, security system, etc.

Rafael also has a beautiful office located in Roslindale. Nicely set up which is where I signed all my closing documents. I would definitely work with Rafael again and would refer him to anyone in my network; who is looking to purchase a home.

One word.....awsome!! Rafael was phenominal very supportive and knows this business very well. We had an experience with another agent prior to Rafael and he did not in any shape or form compare to how good Rafael was. One of the great things he did for us was he was able to get the seller to come down $5000!! In short... he is the deal!

Being a first time home buyers, the process of finding a home can be really stressful especially not knowing where to start. I was referred to Rafael Hernandez was the best thing that could had happened to my wife and I. From the start, Rafael had ask us what exactly we were looking for and found us houses that fit our vision. When the right one was found, he fought for the best deal always stating, "I work for you, no one else". As the process kept moving in the right direction, Rafael had the right people help us with the Mortgage Loan and with an awesome attorney. In the end, the wife and I got our dream home and it would had not been possible without Rafael being our agent.

Rafael was very knowledgeable, very helpful, always available to answer questions anytime of the day. He set us up with all the people necessary to make the process as painless as possible. He also set us up with several local contractors, flooring experts, counter experts, landscapers, no matter the project, he knows a guy. Raphael was an outstanding agent! He was helpful, responsive, caring and protective. This is my third home. In the past, I've had four realtors for the two previous homes. Two I fired and the other two were underwhelming. Raphael was always there for us, weekends, late nights and holidays. It was more like dealing with a friend who really wanted the best for us rather than a salesman looking for commission. I hope to not need a realtor in the future but if I do, I will definitely call Raphael.
