I have a cell phone case from you guys, which I bought at a discount from Sprint. Cost me less than $15 and it is the BEST case I've ever had. I have an iPhone 6 and I literally throw it everywhere, I've gotten it wet, it's fallen from high surfaces and the case may not look too pretty anymore, but the iPhone looks brand new and it's been over a year.
I had a high opinion of their Tough Jacket Maxx case. Right up until the point where a tiny bit of plastic broke and made the holster unusable. I figured 'hey, they claim to have a lifetime limited warranty' so I tried communicating with them. They don't answer emails to their customer service number. Phone calls to the same department spill into a voicemail box which won't accept more messages only after an interminable time on hold. Phone call to the 'main' corporate number gets a recorded message saying they are closed, no matter when I call. Like I said, I used to think highly of them and recommended them to others but now...
Best cases out there. I have owned them for my last 5 phones. I have had serious drops from on top of a roof onto concrete without damage. I have literally tried to destroy my phone out of rage and did not succeed. I smashed the side of it against the corner of a table, trying to break it and it did nothing. I just bought the LG G6 and unfortunately, they do not sell a case for it. I was forced to buy an Otterbox but it is not the same at all.
I think this company must be going out of business or in serious financial trouble. I have a case I bought from them that is falling apart and no one answers the phone when I have called them multiple time on different days and no one answers any emails I send to their customer service department.
Their case are not made with quality in my opinion and their warranty is worthless because you can t get them to answer a call or email to honor it.
Do yourself a favor and buy another brand case for your phone.

Phone number doesn't work warranty claims department some fake co-workspace in a shanty town in Wyoming took a few minutes to find out that they are local. Well next stroll is going to be to make sure everyone can find them. My screen protector which was the 4 th one attempted fell off when I made a swipe to unlock my screen. As screen protectors were out on by an employee at a metro pcs store on pines Blvd and university by Hooters. I just want a refund at this point. This is not a good business ploy its a con.
