Not a good place to work for. They send me a to a pipe yard and there Safety was no good. I was working nights there and one night it was lightning strom real bad and they wanted me to work in that outside. And I said no to the lead man. And the next night they let me go for speaking up for my safety. And the staffing agency never find me another job. They only look out for them self.
Wow! This place is a Joke!!! Thomas has been avoiding calls. In the beginning it sound like a great opportunity to work at a well known hospital. They where hiring for customer service to help with appointments . Then I spoke with Jennifer today she says they moved on to other applicants. What the hell kind of business is this I see why the ratings are Trash!!! You better Run Run from this place!! Never got a Interview!!
Tod is the man to see; he helped me get into a good atmosphere job with the wage I was needing at the moment. Very helpful and also leaves a good line for communication.
Horrible agency when I got hired I was told I will have to pay for a tb test on my first check I was charged for a background check tb test and a few other things , I got sick and called in they charged me a 50 dollar walk off fee which is invalid. I asked Lauren how it can be disputed she never replied. I always recommend primary staffing.

People here are very rude and unprofessional. This company lacks communication. Was given the runaround for two weeks. Evidently no one knows what is going on. Then when questions or concerns were voiced the recruiter became hostile.

Lori has been an exceptional work coordinator and helped me in every step of the way. I am extremely great full to work for a great company that really does care for their employees. The hiring process was fast,very professional, and I really want to brag how much Lori was there. When my inicial interview was scheduled, she was there to make sure I was aware of time, date, and interview details. She is easy to communicate, definitely a people s person and loves to share about her. I have been employed since April 2017 and look forward to working with Lori.
despite the previous comment. this place worked with the quickness to get me in the position i am in. they called lets say thur. had my interview friday drug test maybe sat or monday. i was working that wednesday. they are not one of those over bearing agencies that you need to report to every week or so. Once i was placed i olny speak with them to update my info. love it here, Thanks Travis.
I can honestly say that this company was the most professional hiring agency I have ever encountered. They take pride in ensuring your success. I had never used a temp agency, but I can say that hands down I was always very proud to say that I was recruited by AD Susman. I got a call from Lori within hours of applying for my contract position with Texas Children's Hospital. She was so awesome! She was very bubbly and right away made me feel excited about coming in. The interview process blew me away. I interviewed within 2 days of getting my initial phone call. Lori and Andres both we're so fun and amazing that I left after the interview feeling assured that I was contracting with a good company. I'm pretty picky and have worked in management, but they were hands down some of the most professional people I have worked for. Throughout my interview process with Texas Children's Lori always called me every step of the way to make sure I had all the information I needed, directions, instructions, and even gave me her cell number. The day of my group interview she greeted me at the front door, and stayed after to make sure she hugged each person that interviewed with Texas Children's. I remember thinking how special it made me feel throughout the process, like I had someone there fighting for me to make sure I got the job. After the interview I received a call 2 days later form Texas Children's and they offered me the contract position. Lori still followed up with me afterwards to congratulate me, and she did that every step of the way until I got hired. If I ever had questions, concerns, issues, her or Audrey or anyone else always handled it right away. I never had a challenge getting ahold of anyone. Andres and Lori came to even have lunch with the contractors to ensure that things were going well, to gather feedback on how things were working out for us, to ensure that we felt comfortable. I honestly have recommended all my family and friends to them for jobs and will continue to do so. I am now a permanent employee of Texas Children's Hospital, but I still have a relationship with the staff from AD Susman and will continue to do so. I'm very happy with my compensation and the job is everything that my recruiter said it would be I would recommend them to anyone if you're looking for an A Plus company to get connect you to a great company.
I'm not certain why anyone would want to work with AD Susman and specifically Christy. Christy is very friendly at first and then completely forgets about you. She doesnt care to help you and only worried about saving her job. I wouldn't trust her or this company.
I've had such a great experience with A.D Susman, I got in pretty smoothly and I love my job that I have now.
Was contacted by a recruiter who did not read my resume and was not willing to actually help me get the job I was contacted about.
Just reinforces my aversion to staffing agencies. Not sure what service they provide that justifies their fees.
Straight from the beginning, the perception I had from Lori Romero, was that she didn t want to help. I understood she is taking care of her clients
but she doesn t know me and quickly made a judgment of me.
I have worked with other staffing agencies and never have I had someone belittle me and not be interested in helping. When I was telling her about my education level and what degree I have and what type of job I m looking for she quickly told me I was giving her too much information and she kept mentioning that she was very confused and also said she didn t care about the information I was giving her.
Her attitude was very rude, you can be direct without being rude. At the end of the conversation I told her that I felt that we got off on the wrong foot and she told me that she wasn t going to be apologetic for being that way and that s how she works. I was not asking for an apology, I just did t understand why she was being so rude and not helpful. Ultimately she seem like she didn t care what I had to say and I m hoping this isn t happening to other people and I don t recommend this individual.
Great Experience! Lori assisted me on all the hiring process and movivated me to thrive on my interview. Now I am permanent on my position and happy. Thank you for everything!
Don t trust them they lied to me make me quite 2015 from my job to other job they told me long terms but I find out is 6 week only projected wean I start working there
Terrible, messed up my resume, promised to call me back and then told me "we can't call everyone". Then had the nerve to ask me to do their job by recommending other people for positions. Beyond unprofessional.
Apply to a job that was on indeed for this company that was 3G and 4G welder send them my resume on my resume said that I I'm a 6G welder it also said that I mig flux core sub Arc stick and excetera is she going to tell me that she need a resume state that I only Mig I want to have one thing to say someone should look over your resume they didn't hire the right person for your job

My experience with this company was a waste of time . They sent out a email to interview for a 15/hr position for a pediatric call center . 25+ people showed up for them to say they are no longer hiring or looking for applicants for that position. They sent out a bait email to get people there for a 12/hr sells position . This is a staffing agency , yet they told some who stayed the sells position is their only one . Yet there was a few people who said they totally wasn t interested in the sells but was still being sent some where to interview directly with their clients . They scheduled me to interview with their client the next day then later called to advise me their client wants to hold of 2-3 weeks on interviews . It was just a bunch of lies. They said they take $35 out your first check due to the cost of drug test and bkgrnd check . Yet for the position people were being told they can start in 1-2 days . In my previous experience it takes a lil longer for bkgrnd checks. Then for TMT insurance (their client) it s 12/hr must work 40 hrs. They have unlimited overtime but weekends are for commission only . ($10 per sale) . So essentially you re working for free for about 3 months if you worked weekends . Commission checks will not be paid out until February. They said this is because that s when open enrollment is over for insurance . If you are a adult with expenses and responsibilities, their jobs may not be for you . I wish they wouldn t have wasted people s time.
