The waitresses very gentle and kind still rushing but the manager yelled at me in front of everyone so that he would not use a utensil in the buffet nothing to see

Large variety of dishes, but nothing special. You'll probably be better of having fast food unless you're looking for a buffet.

Lots of food for a good price. A great place for families.

UPDATE: Manager, Jason, called to investigate; and he reviewed camera's, which he agreed displayed the conditions stated. We tried dinner with the kids again, and we are very pleased.

Wings were ICE COLD, all type's of wings. Hire staff., as the dining rooms are consistently trashed like dump! Staff is not trained! No organizational structure

It's a buffet... the management does a great job, but at the end of the day... it's a buffet.

Very plain food. Not every good quality. Very busy and service seemed to be doing to many things at once.

The place is going down hill like eating in aisle 4 in Walmart place was very dirty and I don't think I'll go back

Very dirty could not hear ourselves talk at our table it was very very loud littered with garbage and food everywhere. Food was underwhelming

This will be the last time we eat here. It took 15 mins to have a waitress come over and give us our silverware and still didn't say anything to us. silverware was dirty so we had to wait for more. There was hardly any food. It didn't seem like they were refilling anything.

I went on a Sunday afternoon after church and it was extremely busy and had to wait for a few of the popular meat dishes, i.e. fried chicken and fish to be put out. My friend told me how delicious the big fried shrimp was and when I went to get some, they had ran out so I never received any of it. With the fried chicken, the Manager told me and another guy who had been waiting for some that he was sorry we were told our wait on the chicken was going to be 5 minutes and then another man told us 2 minutes. The manager said it had just been put down and would take about 15 minutes and asked us to tell him where we were sitting and he would bring us some when it was finished cooking. This he did do.

The workers were amazing. The food was alright, not great, but alright. The line was super long but it moved pretty fast.

Good looked appetizing and was at correct temp. Only a few people at this time I was there. Selection was impressive even picky eaters would find something.

Get ready to dish out extra cash for the weekend. 57 bucks for 3 people with drinks. They called it premium weekend. The food was far from premium. Long wait at steak bar and unsupervised kids everywhere.my last time going to a golden corral.

Always great food and service. So happy we have a Golden Corrall now.

Went last night for my birthday but didn't have a printer to print my free meal so I had to pay for my dinner,spent more then planned bc I brought whole family thinking I was free.Food was excellent,kids loved it...

I went today and the service very well and the waitress RH super friendly and always attentive to my table in case I needed anything.

Food is good. Service was above average. Everything was clean. Nothing to complain about really. Lots of fruit vegetables and desert options. Tried the kielbasa it was freshly grilled. Chocolate fountain was great.

Mostly great service, but the 2 behind desert counter were down right rude and mean !! Told a child she could only have 1 cotton candy ! Really?! Yelled at me, when I was looking into case of hard icecream, no sign saying not to self serve like the whole restaurant is !

Boyfriend and I got food poisoning from this place. Never going back

Half cooked chicken how can you serve cold mashed potato. Asked the cook for a well done steak raw. Never again

Wide variety of food, decent value for the money. They struggle to maintain cleanliness. However, The staff is wonderful!

$44.67 for 2 people to have a Sunday noon buffet with drinks isn't worth it. Good buffet food though. (No food allergy info on buffet which was not considered in the average rating which was generous)

The food is decent. Service is not the greatest. Prices have gone up significantly making it expensive. Overall it's a good place to eat.

Most the food was dry ...There wasn't anything on the grill. Our waiter wasn't very attentive..we had to get our own drink refills after awhile..

During the veterans day I believe waiting too long everything should be done go in but thank you for having veterans day

I have eaten like a hungry Cuban ... OMG I have been living in the USA for 11 years and the truth is that Cubans do not take away hunger as I have eaten everything a little hahahaha

A cheap place to eat, buffet style, and its nice for the whole family.

This buffet used to be so much cleaner and fresher. I loved the salad bar here but in this visit and the two previous everything was dirty and the vegetables mainly brown. They charge a lot for their buffet. The food should always be fresh.

My experience at the Golden corral was very plesent it is Def a family restaurant the food was keep up very good the two issues I think that i would have is that it is pricy and the drinks half to be payed separately when other places that I had ate the drinks was inclooed also when I was there I had to use the bathroom the bathroom was dirty and pee on the floor and no toilet flushed But over all it was a pretty decent place to eat people were to themselves and I had no problem there I wouldn't mind recommending it to any buddy that is looking for a desent place to eat in Rochester :)

Restaurant reminded us of the old ponderosa, the food was sub-pare not really tasty. Customers were rude as hell, surprisingly we had a great waitress. We will not be back at any time in future at all!!!! I would like to give negative numbers but won't allow me

Horrible. No food on the bar. My wife asked for a medium well steak, gets a raw, cold steak. Waited in line for 10 minutes for more ice cream cones to no avail. Overheard one of the workers say" this ain't applebees man" well, applebees will get my business that's for sure. 0/5.

Had a great Veterans appreciation dinner tonight. They did a wonderful job of handling the crowd that attended. The food was hot and delicious. Thanks from this military family.

Good experience,just need someone to pay more attention to there bathrooms and floors.

A little pricey for food that tastes like it came from a lunchable

After a family member visited one in the south, I was invited to join them up here for a dinner at what was supposed to be a fantastic buffet experience. To our regret, this particular Golden Corral would render our dear Mr. Foxworthy speechless! Disorganization and lack of sanitation was prevalent. I am still trying to fathom why this place was so busy! I would really like to visit the southern restaurant which was so highly regarded. Apparently that manager puts greater effort into providing a more appealing and healthy atmosphere for his/her customers.

Awesome brunch, Bacon! Sausage scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits! Yum! With my dad after my eye appointment.

It was great eating, they even had French toast! I had never been there for brunch! They even had cheese grits!
