Typical buffet fare with added steak, sometimes seafood- just make sure it's properly done. Good food selection some days but bathrooms and floors are nasty. Issues with rude staff and ever-present unsupervised kids. Off hours are generally quiet but completely mobbed after church on Sundays, expect a line either way.

me and my husband stopped in for lunch. The food was horrible and the servers were extremely rude. A little old man spilled his water on the Booth before he sat down and the server was really nasty to him. She told him that she heard him and that she was cleaning it u. Then her and another server proceeded to make fun of this poor man right in front of him laughing. I am a server myself and know that this is not right by any means. I wouldn't go back even of it was the only restaurant left. Horrible.
This is the worst buffet I have ever been to. I don't even know where to begin. The staff is unprofessional. The dishes and flatware are filthy. The quality of the food is poor. And the atmosphere felt like a soup kitchen. Actually that's an insult to soup kitchens. I have no idea what the attraction is. If you're thinking about eating here do yourself a favor don't.
I am not a regular there.. but have been a few times. The staff is indifferent at best.. but the food is a bit better than typical buffet food. You won't walk out hungry.
Good food. One thing that has always bugged me about Golden Corral is the drink service. Why not make drinks as accessible as the rest of the buffet like 99.9% of the buffets in America?
We had dinner there for my husband's birthday and enjoyed it very much. Everything we tried on the buffet was fresh and delicious. There was a large selection of food items to chose from. Also, the Golden Corral is great for those who are watching their budget.
It was clean, busy, staff very helpful.I have been here many times,so always looking for new food,it can get to be a little loud, due to small children, but always very pleasant, place to go for a good meal.
You know, after coming back here almost a year later, the place is not that bad. The food is good, the people who work there are polite, and the dessert is pretty good.
Golden Corral has a great variety of food. I can see why old country buffet got closed down. I went last week and I couldnt decide what I wanted. So much of a selection for an all you can eat restaurant. Come here you wont be disappointed.
Very disappointed. We got the the restaurant at 10:10. Got the children there plates, by the time the wife and I got to get ours they were switching over for lunch. We asked our server who went and asked the manager why this was, we were told they need to get out the expensive food by 11. It was only 10:30. The manger wouldn't even come out and address our concerns.
You will really enjoy the salad bar with several kinds of salad and toppings and dressings to choose from. The entree section is a little chaotic especially when it s busy. The restaurant was very busy on our visit. The meat options were great. The steak was served hot off a flame grill and it was seasoned very well. The desserts were good and there were lots of options for adults and kids. The table service was standard and it was troublesome to get a refill on a soda. The restaurant itself felt a little dirty... but it was a very busy Saturday evening. They need a better system for processing guests as they arrive when it s super busy. Standing outside in the rain is no bueno. In addition there are two entrances and when we arrived the line was out only one door. So we got in the back of the line outside, while it was raining mind you, then all of a sudden folks start entering through the other door and and essentially started cutting but they didn t know any better. now it s chaotic because you were there before the others and you want to say something ...but what can you say? Better system needed.
First of all if I can give it no stars I would , I'm highly disappointed. They barely had any food options , the food had no flavor and some of it was stale and old. They ice cream machine barely worked , the ice cream tasted as if it was homemade and it was watery. The cookies was so hard I think it chipped my tooth. I wouldn't recommend this place my worst enemy. The cups they give you looks as if they're 10 years old. They had permanent dirt stains In them. It was very loud and ghetto in there. When I went to the bathroom I saw 2 mice. I'm jus disgusted and very disappointed
It's Monday at 5:30pm place is dead food cold and they don't seem in a hurry to replace anything after spending $75 For six people not very impressed!!
I would give no Stars if I could I came here with my family on 12/21/19 after a long day out in Buffalo as I got up to go get a piece of steak the cook not only dropped the tongs but he continued to cook with them. Our server came up to us and asked if we needed anything and I asked to speak to the manager who never came to our table he went behind the counter and started cooking steak with the guy who clearly contaminated the steak. I will never come back that s for sure.
Went for a quick, cheap meal with the little ones, never again. The place was disgusting filthy. The staff did everything they could to ignore customers. I watched them dump food into the serving bins with as much regard as if they were slopping pigs. Absolutely awful.
Gravy too salty steaks were dry old cooked 2mny at one.time they sat too long dressin was salty i did rythe pulled pork was like smoked meat yucklike ham hocks
It's an awesome place to eat, bring the family, friends especially the variety of food it's usually good & fresh. Sad though, parents need to provide guidance for the children instead of letting them just do what they want at the buffet, that's a big turn-off!!
Depends on time of day. Food is fresh before 10 and during the change of meal times. Prices have increased. Not sure if ita worth it or cost effective for a family.
No fresh food, as if someone had picked over it. Service was slow at putting food out. I'll TRAVEL TO ERIE PENNSYLVANIA, 2 in a half hours away the next time I EAT AT A GOLDEN CORRAL. It definitely don't stand up to the one in Erie or Down South.
Golden Corral is a wonderful place to go eat. The food is always good and they always have a great variety. There are times that they are very busy and crowded but if you time it right you can get in very easily. My only con for them is that they have become a little expensive for a group to go and eat if only one or two people are paying for the group. Individually or a couple it would be fine.
My first time there and I loved it. The employees there seem to enjoy their job especially one particular young man who sang all the time. Great voice. The service was awesome as well. I am definitely coming back.
I can see why they are slowly dieing out good was nasty but the steak but then I have to wait a year to get cause the workers too busy chatting to each other. I won't be coming back here
Usual Saturday night busy and decent food for a buffet. Not conducive to those with mobility issues like myself. My sister was with me so she helped otherwise I would not have been able to eat there.
Food was mediocre but MAN!! They raised their prices to the point where I should've taken my family out for steak! $91 plus tip, for myself, my wife, 4 younger kids Whooo! for cafeteria food! Sheesh!
Was my daughter and mine first time there our waitress was gabby nice girl we had dust on our table she said it was from the heater vent the. Chicken wings popcorn shrimp and French fries were cold we were going to get a salad and the salad bar was a mess. Food was mixed with other food and looked like someone had a good fight there ...it was around 4 pm and def won't go to another golden coral
To sum it up, it's about $18 a person which is pretty expensive for the quality of food you get. You can get all you can eat of what items they do have since they often run out of items. Even basic items like salad dressing and rolls. Most items are ok to good in quality but there are a number of disappointments. They show 6 or more ounce steaks, but give you a 1 maybe 1.5 ounce steak cooked to whatever stage it is at when you get it. Requested level of cooking at their "cooked to order" grill means nothing.
Been there 3 times and have to say, if I want to spend that much money on a meal, there are much nicer places who serve what I want the way I want it. No real reason to settle for the lower quality food when you aren't even going to be sure you can get what you want.
It's fantastic food the waitress wasn't that good but good food cheap and good we'll go there over and over again just didn't like the waitress some waitresses are good and some of them aren't
$51 for 2 adults and 2 children !!!! price is crazy , food was not that great steak was cheweyer than a pice of rubber , the fried chicken was gross banquet fried chicken is better ! the only thing that was good is the Mac and cheese and the mash potato lol stay away from, this place !!!!!!
