Terrible Company- They don't conduct background checks- They harass applicants to provide obscure documentation. Too lazy to make a couple phone calls. This is tech automation at its worst

Horrible deplorable company. Having my background check done by them led to my start date being pushed back. The background check was only supposed to take 5-7 business days and it ended up taking a month. I put in my notice to correspond with my anticipated start date for my new job and due to the background check taking so long I had to go one week unemployed. When I emailed the company to get an update on my background check one employee from the company responded to my email with an attitude.
They included an "AKA" or "nickname" that was way different than my name. I filed a dispute and they sent an updated one within an hour without my "AKA"
