I have been a client of Charlotte Lanier, Agent, for several years now. She has been such a blessing thanks in part to her exceptional service, professionalism, and most of all her industry knowledge. She has always been available to help me in my most immediate crises! Recently, she advised me of a accident disability policy that would be potentially of great financial assistance so I bought into it. Just 2 weeks later, my first accident which required major surgery and recuperation occurred. I called on the company with my new policy information and was instructed to fill out a claim for review. I received a check just 2 weeks later that was life saving to my financial situation. Bad enough COVID - but now I was in a wheelchair and walker.
