9th Circuit Manchester District Court Reviews

Very gender biased. Father's have rights too. Not sure if my situation was abnormal due to it involving family of a former police officer, or if truth is ignored in many cases. Either way, I have nothing positive to say about the family court system. My children are now in a detrimental environment, and the court is largely responsible.

The Manchester Family courts disregard evidence in lieu of Gender. If you're a male going into a divorce case or a domestic case in which your spouse opened in order to get a step ahead of a divorce DO NOT go into the hearing thinking your evidence alone will be suitable. They will side with a female plaintiff with no evidence and just accusations over a male with evidence proving his evidence. The judges are too worried about liability and job security than actual justice. Dont make my mistake, get a lawyer or fall to the same misfortunes I did. Homelessness, loss of all of your belongings, and most importantly your children will be alienated from you and suffer emotional distress. The courts dont care about your childrens well being, they will just assume that the mother is honest and deserving person to have 100% custody of the children.

Children are our future and your laziness not only aids in the emotional abuse of our children but it sets up the future to be raised with confused and angry kids.

There is no reason why men that arent their biological fathers see them 26/27 days of the month when fathers only get 32 HOURS a month. That comea out to less than 3 years of their lives that you will spend with them until they turn 18.

Dont make my mistake, get a lawyer so you arent taken advantage by the judges and tge closed family courts.

End Gender Bias and support actual justice and due process for ALL involved in the court hearings.

Shame on you guys for abusing our children.

The only good thing I can say about this court is: that the court Marshalls/Security Guards & Bayliffs are very friendly, and the judges I ve encountered are ok at best ...

Besides that it s all bad...

Very very inefficient courthouse.
Very pro-mom lots of delays
staff interference misplacing documents.
and TONS of questionable / bad faith disregard of the law on the simplest levels.

At least in the family courts this is true. But I have never seen a group of staff members let a lone state employees (specifically the cashiers & front window workers) , conduct themselves so unethically.
Maybe it s the sense of power they assume to have when working these government jobs or the dealing with people of all types; nonetheless this is not where you want to handle family cases as a father; especially a really good one.
If you re a dad dealing with family matters here, regardless if you re the more fit or well spoken/composed parent sadly you are treated no differently than the unfit dads. It s quite a shame that no matter how much of a slam dunk case you may have with/without counsel, prepare for unwarranted amounts of stress/unfair outcomes and a bunch of front window workers telling you 8 different answers pertaining to laws/policies to your one question.

Whoever works the phone for family division Julie I believe was extremely unhelpful and rude. your paperwork isn t the only that we have to deal with
No I understand that and don t need to be rude but after weeks I would like some sort of update on my request, thanks for being so understanding especially when comes to custody of our children

Not sure what's going on at this courthouse, but I received a notice to appear with grammatical errors on it. That is unacceptable on a legal document. It doesn't instill much faith in our public servants if the court puts out documents with ignorant grammar mistakes.

If there was an option for no stars, I would give that to this court. Especially judge lions. He is absolutely the worst judge and needs to be fired. He is the reason why the entire court system needs change. Judges need to be fired when they are incompetent.

Listen ppl you HV no ideeeea how lienient this court system is compare to others , so respect your judges , and or prosecutors bcuz the grass is definitely not greener on the other side... Y'all don't have a clue tht when you get R&R , and or get court in a timely manner it's a blessing and to get hit with suspended time tht is very compassionate of them!!! So water your grass or dig it up n leave...love the state your in bcuz live free or die is really how it is...
