This clinic is trash! Major hippa violation! They also had me sent to the er for a psych evaluation which I was released 6 hours later because i was considered stable. They call my husbands cheif before my husband as well which was super unreasonable and not needed nor is he listed and any one on my medical chart to be able to obtain my info!

Excellent service and personnel, especially their special needs office.

0800 on a Wednesday, they tell me there's no doctors in the building because they are all at a briefing. Next I'm told there aren't walk in hours for the clinic and they can't see me until a week later. But wait it gets better, a friend walks in not two minute later and they tell him walk in hours are in the afternoon. Bravo tricare way to take care of your troops

My PCM has always been great with me and has had patience with my ailments, which have been many. I do think that this clinic has more patients than they can handle at times. Dr Gantz is always helpful and professional, good job and keep up the good work! Also, the pediatricians are great with my kids, never had any complaints when seeking medical help for my children. Thank you all at FE Warren Clinic for working hard to service all the base and more.

can't reach anyone and when you do, rude over the phone. No one knows what's going on.

Legit the worst place to seek medical attention. Laziest group of people from the prp clinic to the pharmacy side. Smh

I've had the best PCM here out of any base I've been to and other doctors I've seen, including civilian docs. He is truly wonderful and has always taken the time to really listen to what I have to say and never makes me feel like I'm crazy or like I don't matter. The clinic itself is clean and I've never really experienced any rude people working there. I've only had maybe 2 appointments where I ended up waiting a while past my scheduled time. However, I understand that sometimes things happen with other patients that cant be rushed so it doesn't bother me. I'm sure that being understaffed doesn't help either. All in all I think it's a good clinic. There are some things that can be improved on but they don't bother me.

Although I agree with the other two reviews on those things happening, because I too have had that happen, I also have some good experiences. One terrible experience that I had to fight through tooth and nail to finally figure out what was wrong. But also the pediatrics dr. I think her name is Spaulding is amazing. We love her. And one of the other Drs (woody I think) is also amazing. So it s not all bad.

Dangerously unethical. Refuse to provide medical care that s guaranteed by law. Discriminate against and treat disabled persons like they are garbage. Worst military clinic and leadership I ve ever seen.

We are not happy anymore with this clinic. We don't feel comfortable there.
