I was so sad to hear of your misfortune. I'm sure you would be very welcome in south Georgia. We have many towns with industrial parks that would love to offer you a space available or a lot to build to your specifications. The cost of living is probably not even a fourth of where you are now and many times tax incentives are available for new businesses.
