Delicious Kronch. It's what they call it here. Homemade delicious terrine made from calf, salmon tartar, ginger-drink, cheese's, homemade jams, juices and much more. We enjoyed it all.

This restaurant, beautifully located in the Risskov forest with view over the bay of Aarhus, focus on relatively healthy and locally produced food.
Though this "health" focus means that the fishes and food served is absolutely great, or also means that "stable" brunch dishes like scramble eggs, bacon, fried small saugages, champignons and baked beans were absent - which is why I can only give my brunch experience four stars!
Good solid continental brunch. No hot dishes. Very tasty and high quality food. Simple pot brewed coffee and apple/orange juice, but again, good stuff.
Service is understaffed. Even though the single waiter put in a huge, heroic, fast and always smiling effort, this lead to a good deal of waiting time. Which is less than desirable when you have time limited seatings. Must be improved.
Acoustics are on noisy side and should be addressed as well. Hygiene was great, lots of sanitizer and gloves where ever needed.
Location is pretty and lends it self to long walks by the sea of in the gorgeous forrest.
Three stars are due to the understafging by management. Would be a 5 otherwise.
After a walk through the forest, you come across the Inn and setting is beautiful. The food is exquisite. Traditional Danish with a modern twist...could not fault. Service was perfect. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful! The staff facilitated the most amazing wedding event. Everything just worked. Only minus, the vegetarian options are slim (+boring).
