I have worked with 5G Comms for the last 6 years. They are exceptionally fast to deal with any issues I have, and have a full understanding of the importance of our issues to our business. They have friendly teams of people, who have gone beyond the call off duty to help me achieve what has been needed, to ensure business continuity where acquisitions have taken place, or we have closed or moved sites. I highly recommend 5G Comms. They are a great business partner

Avoid Avoid Avoid! parasite of a firm, they will obtain from you as much money as they can get away with in every which way they can! Advise to use a main high street for your telecoms needs.

We at Creative Catering currently have 2 business lines with 5G. No matter who we speak to with 5G, especially if we are having any issues, the customer service is always second to none.
We have built a great business relationship with one of your colleagues Bronson Sims who looks after us very well.
Bronson is very helpful and knowlegable and will always follow up any queries we have. He will call or email us to check everything is working okay and is currently checking our status for faster fibre broadband.

5G have been fantastic right from the word go! After being recommended the company from a colleague we go in contact with Grant who has since been on call 24 hours for any queries and questions we had. The organisation of our contracts and requirements for our company were dealt with extremely well. The installation team were fantastic and were on site as long as the job needed. Nothing has seemed to much for 5G. The service received has been second to none and haven't hesitated to recommend since getting our system fitted.

I wish I could give 0 star. This company is totally money orientated. Your business doesn't matter only your money. You are just a number.

Been dealing with 5g for many years after having a very horrible time with BT my old provider. Matthew came in and offered a solution and promised me that any issues I could always call him which is what I found so frustrating about BT always being passed from pillar to post and he was true to his word. Any issues over the year were sorted very quickly and efficiently, a very reliable company with excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

We have been a customer of 5G for many years. All aspects of our telecommunications are now with them and they have guided us helpfully and professionally every time we have needed them. They have a UK Help line so when we need them our calls are answered quickly and dealt with immediately. Our Account Manager is Grant Broom-Edwards who is friendly, efficient and professional and I would recommend 5G and Grant for your telecoms requirements. Well done 5G !
