5 Napkin Burger is pricey, even for this neighborhood and I have issues with the food... I'd prefer slightly leaner beef and non-brioche rolls. However, I LOVE the staff here. They're the greatest. Always friendly in exactly the right way and incredibly good at their jobs.

Came here for brunch right at they opened on a Saturday morning. Our temperatures are checked and our address was taken for contact tracing. No wait and as our meal progressed, the restaurant filled up a bit - about halfway. I felt safe with the capacity and distancing measures. Food wise, I had the Bacon & Egg Cheeseburger. It was my first time having a burger with an egg and it was pretty great! Did a rookie move however and pressed a little too hard when picking it up and some of the egg yolk spilled all over - so beware. My friend and I also had the unhooking bottomless mimosas and thought it was a great deal for $16. My favorite was the pineapple variety! I was very happy with my experience here and would love to come back!
We had great burgers, with the all of the ingredients fresh and tasty. The burgers were cooked exactly as we ordered, medium rare, which made them juicy and bursting with flavor. The drinks were served perfect and generously. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly. I definitely will be back if I am in the area. I recommend you stop by for a great meal.
The food is consistently yummy and perfectly cooked, plus the team at this location is just really lovely! I had delivery tonight and my small cat was planning to escape. The gentleman who delivered my meal helped me out while I tried to distract the cat and even helped me get a package Into my apartment that was at the door, above and beyond kind! Thank you! I m already dreaming about my next meal.
I visited this location and there was no wait to sit down and staff was friendly. You had to scan the QR code to order. What i didn t like was paying before receiving my food. I love tipping but each time i forgot to order something i added a tip, even though tipping isn t forced the waiter sees this before bringing out the order and that makes me feel uncomfortable.But other than that food came out quick and was delicious. Not sure if i will revisit.

Outstanding beef quality- you can tell when you order the burger plain and very rare- the flavor is excellent. However, it's not 5 napkin sized, and it's only accompanied by a solitary pickle. I had to order two to feel full. Didn't care at all for the bacon cheddar fries- bacon and cheese absolutely flavorless. Great craft beer selection. Velvet Mule Cocktail is delish. I liked the system they had whereas your waitperson takes your order and not only the kitchen runner brings your food, but as well the bar person brings your drinks. When the server is not stuck in line anywhere, can pay quick and more constant attention to customer. Plus the cocktails are very uniform made by only one person ( when there's no bartender on duty, each server would need to make their own drinks).
5 Napkin Burger is exactly why I absolutely love NYC. Excellent food, prepared and presented well. This place was 9 blocks from my job but it was well worth the walk. 6 stars.
