44 Capital has been a burdensome financial partner on our project. They insist on a special disbursement process through Dayhill group which is completely unnecessary. They blame the SBA 7a Loan process, but we don't experience any of these headaches or requirements working with Wells Fargo or other banks. The unnecessary complications of their process have created problems through-out the duration. Do not recommend.
