I recently had the chance to order a custom neon sign, and my experience was quite lacking. 🥺 The communication was inconsistent, and I found it challenging to get timely updates on my order. When the sign finally arrived, it didn’t quite match what I envisioned based on the design proof. The quality wasn’t as expected, which was frustrating considering the investment. 🔍 While the product looked decent, the process could certainly use smoother navigation and clearer expectations. Overall, I feel like there's potential, but improvements are definitely necessary.
