I cannot speak highly enough of the 402ink team! I have worked with them on over a dozen orders, and they exceed expectations every single time. Design proofs usually come back within a couple of days, if not a few hours and are always unique and creative- even if you don t have any design ideas, they come up with something great! The turn around time on their orders is impressive. They work hard to ensure that you have your apparel in your hand for your event- even on relatively short notice. Finally, and most importantly, the customer service is incredible. Recently, one of our shirts was accidentally delivered with a small tear in the corner of it. I had a replacement shirt in hand in less than three hours. The quality of their product is nearly flawless, but on the off chance that something is awry, it is taken care of quickly and with absolutely no problems. If you are looking for a quality product, with fast turn around times, and the best service, there is no doubt that 402ink is the company you should work with!

I worked with 402ink for a bit under a year as the merchandise chair for my sorority and they were a dream to work with! I worked with Jenna throughout the year and she was so willing to do anything to make the picture I had in my head become a reality. After the merch is designed, their online store function makes it so easy to collect payment right then and there and delivery is always so fast and the quality is INCREDIBLE! I made shirts for my Fraternity dodgeball event and the service from Jon Gray was the fastest service I was ever given with shirts. He had the design ready a day after I sent him my idea and would answer emails within a couple hours if not shorter. The designs are so unique and I love everything about them. 10/10
