Very friendly staff. Kinda spendy buffet, but very good food and service. Parking situation isn't very good in general. But there's no allowances for motorcycles at all. If you're a smoker and enjoy the last places you're not a criminal for smoking?? This is not the casino for you. The smoking area is very small with only 10% or less gaming available. More than 90% of this casino is still non-smoking.

Definitely one of the best places I've stayed, the rooms are nice and the view of the lake is amazing

Room was very nice,buffet was way over priced for the selection. Other casinos would have charged $10 for that meal.

Staff was friendly, gambling was as it always is. No complaints there. What I did not like was the cache buffet. Spent 60 dollars for the two of us and all of the food was old and dried out and nowhere near worth 30 bucks a person. We couldn't even get a steak because the grill was already shut down. I was severly dissatisfied. I have had better buffet meals at a pizza ranch than this.

Good lodging, eateries, and fun-looking slot machines that are actually tighter than hell, squeak squeak squeak... They have a swimming pool and steam room. Outdoor water park for those who come in summer. Also, the Little Shell pow wow is in August. People come from all over for a piece of the dream.

Wow, I wasn't expecting this casino to be so nice. Very clean inside, it was pleasant to not be greeted with a wall of cigarette smoke. The staff was nice. The location by the lake was awesome. I'd definitely come back and see what else they have to offer.

Really enjoy the atmosphere and the machines. The machines could let me win sometimes just so I can start and play it all back in but I'd be able to stay and enjoy some company and a few more drinks. The restaurant is decent for a casino but really nothing special that I could see. But hey I keep coming back so you all must be doing something right. See you soon.

The Bison room served rotten lobster to my wife and coworker tonite. The gals got cheesecake as an apology. Apparently the meal was on the house, like it should have been.

Went to the Gary Allen concert. The new event center is great.

The Wednesday surf and turf buffet is wonderful! It compares with any that we have enjoyed in Biloxi or New Orleans. I highly recommend the food and servers.

I'm from the three affilated tribes and gotta say I love our casino because I even win once in awhile.

Overall, it is not a bad place but it isn't that great. The casino is clean, as are the restrooms and parking lots. The parking is well lighted and feels safe with the security officers making regular checks Casino floor is small and feels a little cramped. SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED IN THE DESIGNATED AREA which as a policy is acceptable BUT the machines in that area are quite limited as are the employees. Finding a slot technician to fix a machine when it jams can be a rather lengthy process. Outside of the smoking area it is not so difficult to find assistance. FOOD AND BEVERAGE is not available after midnight. There is not even so much as a vending machine to get a snack from so be prepared! Another thing to be aware of is that while soda and coffee are free, bottled water is $2,00 per bottle even while you are gambling .And while the casino does employ cocktail waitresses, you would have a better chance of spotting a California Condor than one of those waitresses taking drink orders. As for the.GAMING- not bad. A rather limited variety of machines but some good ones. They could use a larger selection of nickel and penny games but other than that, gambling here is good. So, overall it is an ok place to go but it could use some improvements.

I've never stayed in the hotel portion of the business. I've only ever been in the casino. Kept clean and friendly staff.

It's a cool place good service if the right people are working usually every time is good but the restaurant sometimes is not on point and they could redo the smokeing room to something more ventilated and clean but over all it's a decent place now if only we could win lol

We stayed in room 2043 the carpets were spongy, the bathroom was terrible, tile sticking up, shower curtain hanging half on the wall, shower was like a fire hose. The room was so bad we left and went to another hotel.

Spent the evening in a double queen room. Booked the room through their website. The room booked at $106 online, but was informed by the desk staff that there was a promotion and that the room would only be $52, the rest a deposit. Very polite staff, clean room, comfortable bed and easy access to the room with generous amounts of parking. My only regret was not having time to enjoy the Casino as I was just in town for business and time did not permit. Am considering a return trip, this time for leisure. Would definitely consider spending a couple of days to relax and enjoy this well kept establishment.

Bathroom was dirty and yelling in the halfway in the middle of the night. Then police came knocking later on.

Buffet sucks for 23 bucks. And believe me, I've been to casinos quite often and this place is a total rip off. I'll never go to 4 bears casino again.

Luv it, and it's clean, the food is really good in a beautiful restaurant, there's a great little shop, the casino is awesome, an amazing events center and so much more for all the fun you want!!

Not worth the $180.00 a night price. Many items not functioning, pool, coffee machines hot water heater in rooms, so thanks for the awesome cold shower not had that experience since l left Iraq

Nice clean casino. A lot of different options from cheap slots to high limit. Good selection of card games. Overall very nice casino.

When we reserved our RV spot, pop-up-tent trailer, for 2 days, our decision to do so was based on a very well put together web site! HOWEVER, our experience was deplorable. Knowing the New Town was booming with oil activity, we anticipated many folks in the area. We toured the park and noticed many RV's, tents and a few cabins. It appeared to be an acceptable park. We checked in with a young woman who was barely friendly and didn't have any answers to our questions. Her blanket reply of "I don't know" was annoying. She showed a crude map of the park and attempted to tell us where our site was. The map wasn't even legible. We ventured to our site and found it. It was on the end of a row of RVs that appeared to belong to the oil workers. We were surrounded by many self-contained rigs. There was no problem with this as they were all very friendly!!!!!! We then ventured to the showers/restroom! UNBELIEVABLE is the only description. FILTHY, FILTHY...floor covered in 1 inch of dead mosquitoes. All sink FULL of dead mosquitoes or those in process of dying! The showers????? Amazing filth and LOADS of dead mosquitoes!! Very apparent that these facilities weren't being maintained! We walked back to our site, it was approaching dark, and knew we were stuck for the night. We were NOT going to remain for the already paid for 2nd night. We left promptly when the sun rose the next day! This facility has no desire to entertain RV tourists! They will not accommodate nor make you feel welcome. NEVER, NEVER again

Food was expensive and not very good. It took 25 minutes to check in, even though I had a reservation and a confirmation number. Poor water pressure in the sinks. On the positive side, the casino had a separate room for smokers, which is a welcome change for non smoking players. The bed and pillows wete supers very comfort

4 bears casino &lodge. I m glad they have two smoking rooms, but they need a better air system to get the smoke out. Sometimes it is very strong, bothers eyes . I spend a lot at the casino. One thing is the $50 fee charge when you stay overnite, don't like it. Otherwise everyone is friendly and pleasant and my sisters and brothers like going there

I actually debated on whether to give this say 3 or a 4 star really can't tell because all I did was go to the Room go to sleep for the last 2 days so I'll give it a 4 star but you know the hotel staff were nice and everything the Room was clean I did not go to the casino I do not go to any of the buffets or anything to eat there I just went to bed for 2 days.

I always enjoyed my stay at the lodge..and love my complimentary room by accumulating some...points towards my players card.
The only downfall of my visit this time was when i got there i had to walk all the way to the players card desk area to get my voucher of my room verification...it was the first time that happened...i guessed it was a lot of new faces at the front desk or who ever took my reservation...other that that..it was all good...

What an awful place.If you want to give your money away this is the place for you.Never will i waste my time or recomend this place to anyone

Not a bad place to kill some time. It's never overly crowded and the staff do their best to be very helpful.

Nice and fun setting if you like putting a few dollars into the slots. The buffet is also nice but can get a little expensive if you are paying for more than one person.

Avoid this casino. Dirty sums it up. Slots machines are very tight. The buffet if u can call it that is over priced for low quality food offered. At $22.95 per plate you might expect something desirable. The meat was over cooked and dry. Wilted vegetables. Salad bar is an absolute joke. Old lettuce, runny salad dressing, bread and rolls old and dry not to mention no butter. The glasses offered are 12 oz children's glasses so expect many trips to the fountain if your in any way thirsty. We did have the meat temp checked and was tested with a laser at @143 degrees. Sub standards seem to be the running orders of this establishment. Very dissatisfactory results. Maybe if 4bears casino put some of the money back into the casino and not their pockets they could afford to provide more for customers. Drive past this pplace and go to any other place you'll be happier in the end.
