Had them come out for an estimate on landscape lighting, which would have been a costly job. Doug and his son came out, and Doug advised that he would come by in a few days and flag the property for areas we discussed, and then he would send an estimate via e-mail. After a call and a message to them, still nothing. I guess they don t need our business. On to someone who else who wants the job!
I was given an estimate of $5000 when discussing the work. I paid $500 to get the design in writing which was to go against the work itself. The actual job estimate came in at 3 times that, almost $15K. Working over literally months, trying to get back down to the original ideas, I finally sent an internet image of the design I wanted and what was originally discussed. And then came more months of non-response. Lost $500 for absolutely nothing, lost faith in 3D and the affiliated Grasshopper Gardens. So so sad about this.
I am extremely unhappy with 3D Design Group. They are extremely unresponsive in resolving on-going defects resulting from their services. Due to their lacking regard for the quality of their work, I rate them very poorly and would not recommend their services to anybody.
3D Design Group did an amazing job of converting our boring back yard into a beautiful, functional brick paver patio. From the design process to the finished product, they were professional and organized. The entire installation only took a week and they cleaned up everything when they were finished, so it looked like we had this gorgeous patio for years! I would certainly recommend them! Thanks Kyle and Doug!
3D Design Group did a fantastic job putting in a rock retaining wall. It is a stunning feature that sticks out in our yard now. The work was done with great quality and professionalism. I would highly recommend working with them (specifically Kyle). We will definitely have them back for more projects.
