Their team is very responsive and helpful. I needed a quick prototype turnaround, which I thought was a long shot, but they were able to pull it off! I was looking to print the silver accents on Princess Leia's belt, I reached out to another place and after a couple of days with no response, I began to look for other options and I am glad I did! I came across 3dbrooklyn and gave them a call, I spoke with Dan and explained my project and he happily and patiently answered any and all questions I had. As soon as I got off the phone with him I emailed him the object file, he responded with the total cost which was agreeable, and in about 3 days the pieces were ready to pick up, I went to Brooklyn that day to get them! The finished products looked absolutely awesome and he recommended ways of smoothing them out for a slick finish. I was very happy with the product and the service and recommend anyone looking for 3D printed objects to reach out to these guys for the job! They were helpful, pleasant, and easy to work with!

Very beautiful prints. Very very smooth. I used PLA plastic and could cover it with a coat of paint and it'll look perfect. But even without any paint it's wonderful. They are a little bit slow though. But adorable. I think if you have time I won't recommend that shop.
Designed a few name tags for work, plus a luggage tag for my son on TinkerCAD, sent the .obj file to these guys and ~2 weeks later my prints were ready! I've used them twice already and plan to go back for my future projects as well!
