This building was the headquarters of Sul America Seguros. See the intertwined SA in the door mosaic. Sul America also had among other things "safe deposit boxes" at this address and perhaps for this reason the vault door you see in the photo. Really a historic building!

Although at first impression it looks like a bank seat right up to a vault door and everything else in the concierge is actually the headquarters of the culture secretariat ...

Very sad. It is difficult to see the State Secretariat of Culture in the back of a school, without protagonism, without dignity.
