Worked for them in the past and I get notified eveytime they think something might be a good fit. theyre helpful in helping to go back to work after one job ends. Grateful for the good communication.
This company has someone employed who is using my Full name, Social Security Number, Date of Birth. I have contacted the Human Resources department and they have not returned phone calls, nor did any investigation into the said person using my idenity. When I called back the receptionist indicated that this was a personal matter and HR would not do anything. I find it odd that a company wouldn't atleast take a report and look into the background of a person they have employed when a report like this comes in. Reports have been filed online with the Border Patrol, IRS and Social Security Department.
Great company to work for. Plenty of work and jobs line up. Always in contact with each other in calls and text. With safety in mind! Five stars...
There s a few things I do not like about 360 in Tempe, AZ. First of all they never text you back right away & they don t pay their employees early for the holidays. Past employers always paid their employees ahead of time for the holidays.
They pay cheap... I really don t think 360 employees don t know how it s really like to work out in the Industrial fields. They don t pay you your worth & will not reconsider your pay if you asked them; you will just get the cold shoulder & silence treatment.
If you can find a better place to work for, Do It! Tradesmen isn t any better but, they do pay you before the holidays & answer your calls, texts & make their callbacks to their employees.
I worked for Stinger Bridge and Iron through 360 back in November and I have yet to receive my final paycheck which would have been a full 40 hours. These people will lie, fraudulently make up terrible things. And try to make you out to be the bad guy.
They employ illegals also
Just quit yesterday due to the hourly wage. Most people on my job site are making more money & don t even work. And then basically every week worked for 360 they would always short me half hour to an hour a week. Because I arrive early everyday.
Overall I got some good jobs paid on time and plan on going back . The saltlake office takes good care of me
I have been in the field as a welder for 20 years , these posers are a (fake till ya make it) side show, keep driving.
These people will lie right to your face and don't waste your time with this company have no respect for there employees or family members they could care less about you there more concerned about making a dollar off of you.I had a family emergency so I had to leave the job early now there saying that I drug up so they only want to pay me minimum wage for my hours I'm a electrician so minimum wage is kind of a rip off so beware of there dirty practices you have been warned stay away
These people don't employees with employers, they still and sell your private and personal info. Don't provide them with anything, never answer the phone or return phone EVER.
