All we needed to do was hand them a check and pick up the Mule. Two people working the front area and we were the only customers. Yet, it took over 30 minutes before they started taken care of use. The person that did work with us was carrying a broom and dustpan in hand. We never did see her actually use them.

We called the dealership and spoke with Betty looking for a Kawasaki KRX Trail Edition. She said that they had one on order and would let us know. We was wanting it by Nov 3rd so we could go to Cloud 9 in Missouri to ride. Well the machine that she ordered didn't come in and she searched other dealerships till she found one. All the while we was unaware of this. She drove from Eldorado KS to Kirksville MO to pickup this machine all the while on Halloween then she surprised us by driving in our driveway for a surprises delivery.at 5:30. What a surprise!! Betty and her husband are the owners and she went above and beyond to get us the machine that we wanted. They are top notch and great people. If you are looking for a sxs this is the best place to go!! They deserve a 10+ for sure

Went in and stood in the showroom for five min with no other customers in the store. All four employees ignored me so I left. I'm going to buy two brand new jet skis someplace else.

Have been doing business with them off and on for about 5 years. Have bought jet skis from them, parts, oil and other misc stuff. Have always been very friendly and helpful. Will continue to do my business with them. Highly recommend them.

If i could give negative stars I would, my husband and I took out bike to them and they insisted nothing was wrong with it my husband told them he knew something was so they sprayed some oils on air flow filter and said it's fine now so we paid for it and drove 14 miles and it broke down! A cap come off and dumped oil out and lost clutch, we called and they argued with us making it sound like it had something to do with gas then when they came to get saw it was not nothing to do with gas so they insisted to make it right so we said ok and week in half later they said was fixed which all they did was get a new cap and put on didn't look into it to see why it came off well they said it was fixed so we went to pick it up an paid 237.00 more, we made it 17 miles and we lost clutch and it dumped oil, and cap came off and it was 30 min after hours so I left a voicemail. So we hauled home a broke down motorcycle, we called next day to ask for a refund since paid for a bike to be fixed and they did not fix it broke same exact way so I felt they should refund our money since they did not fix it and he wouldn't even call us back!

Great experience, great people, enjoying our new mule! Ski we got 2 years ago has had no issues, and is still running great as expected.
