The 311 Action Center is a very effective and efficient organization! Every time I called to open a case--each call was strategically handled! Thank you 311 for being such a blessing in our the Kansas City Region and for helping the citizens of Kansas City resolve various issues for the betterment of our City and communities. I personally have had a very pleasant yet rewarding experience with this governmental entity! Be blessed 311! Be blessed Kansas City!!!

The community needs to do more to help people who has special needs and disability olive off of SSI and SSDI but don't get any help at all as far as support or food I did not even get 1 thing for the holidays

I want to let you know James Coates and his crew did an outstanding job fixing the water main break. Very courteous and kept us up to date when we went out to check on things! You don't pay those guys enough!! Thank you so much!

I always get an email reply. The problems I report are corrected quickly, especially with the street and water departments. One might try calling 311 on the phone to speak with a person.

311 had been a blessing for every issue I've called about in our first year and a half loving in KCMO. They've resolved street flooding, broken water mains, potholes, and today someone lost a 50-gallon oil drum into my neighbor's yard. KC Water was dispatched along with City Management Environmental Services. They cleaned and treated the street, removed the barrel and called for a street sweeper to come collect the car litter. Staff on the phone and in person have always been top-notch professional and courteous. During one storm water drain replacement project I emailed concerns to the mayor's office and City Management answered my concerns with an email and action on the same day. I'm very pleased with every time I've called 311.

It's a miracle! For the 1st time in months our trash and recycle was picked up on the same day! Wow I am seriously in shock! It was even our scheduled day. The recycle was actually a full week late but still this is a huge step for Jim's. Congratulations keep up the good work!

Cant talk to a "real" person now - I have left 2 messages and can't seem to get a call back. If this is supposed to be a process improvement - it must definitely is not. Terrible customer service!!! I will continue to leave messages until maybe someday someone will call me back :(:(:(
