However, the delivery time was delayed by an hour, causing some frustration among the guests. The inflatable itself was in decent condition, but it seemed a bit worn out and not as clean as expected. The staff were friendly and professional when they arrived to set up, but could have been more prompt in answering phone calls and addressing concerns. Despite these minor setbacks, the kids had a great time bouncing and playing on the inflatable. For an average rental experience, I would consider using this company again, but I hope they improve their punctuality and maintenance of their inflatables in the future.
