Roberta was a delight! She's a wealth of knowledge, and welcomed newbies like us with open arms. We left full of knowledge and confidence to raise our new herd. And her ramp cheese is incredible!

We bought the Falling Leaves cheese at the Knoxville Farmers Market. Between myself and my two little girls, it was gone by that evening. It was a cow milk cheese with chives, chilies, garlic, & onion. So good. Hopefully they will be back next week so that we can stock up.

My son and his family drove up to Jasper, GA to stock up on fresh local meats. He purchased a container of Three Graces Goat Cheese while there and gave it to us - Excellent! After trying it he said, I should have bought more! Price was fair, well worth it! Looking forward to trying other varieties.

Best spreadable goat cheeses I've ever had. I absolutely love the Honey and Walnut, and I also just bought the Rum Raisin after it was suggested at a store. Not crumbly like a lot of others - it's creamy and rich.

Purchased some of their " scape goat" cheese at the Waynesville Historic Market. It was fantastic and the gentleman that sold it to me answered all my questions. I will be back!

Fabulous place. My daughter and I worked for these ladies for a couple days and I absolutely loved it. It was a dream come true for me. Hate that life happened and separated us from it. Would go back anytime. Plus all the goats are awesome.
