🌱 I recently stumbled upon this company's website while searching for some specialty coffee beans. The website design is clean and easy to navigate, making the shopping experience quite pleasant. They offer a decent variety of coffee beans from different regions, which is commendable. However, I found that the prices were a bit on the higher side compared to other similar retailers. Moreover, the shipping charges were also quite steep, which dampened my overall shopping experience. On the positive side, the beans were packaged well and arrived in a timely manner. In terms of customer service, they were responsive and helpful when I had a query about my order. While the quality of the beans was good, it didn't quite blow me away like some other brands I've tried before. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement. 🌱
