I have been a member of SCU for 25 plus years. Over the past year SCU customer service has declined significantly. Recently I have sent two private messages requesting information on maturing CDs and SCU failing to process an online payment on the requested date. This fail payment processing cost me a fine, an hour on the phone with the county treasurer and loss of face with my mortgage company. SCU has failed to respond to any of my messages. My suggestion is bank with somewhere else.
