Nick Nahrwold with First Signature Lending was great and I highly recommend him and this lender to anyone looking to purchase a home. Nick was extremely professional, he educated us on the entire process, and thoroughly answered any questions we had. He communicated well with us, our realtor, insurance agent, and title company. We closed on time despite many speed bumps. Again, I highly recommend Nick and First Signature Lending to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Our experience so far has been the best. Our loan officer Nick has been our rock through out this journey. His knowledge and expertise has allowed us to feel like we have a true professional guiding us through. He has gone above an beyond with helping us to understand every detail along the way. He has offered his time to answer any and all of our questions (there were many). If he didn't know the answer, he would find out and CALL US BACK. My family and I are grateful to have such a dedicated person in our corner. 1st signature has a great employee that really cares about his clients and their deals. I can't recommend Nick and the 1st signature team enough.

1signature Lending is amazing I had been trying for three years to get a loan for a home and when they agreed to work with me I was happy the staff work so close with you every step of the way and treat you like somebody not just a number and I appreciate that. My loan officer was Bobby Nichols. Bobby went above and beyond to ensure that we received the lowest rate possible in order to accomplish my goals. He was always available and very responsive. I definitely recommend Bobby. I know he may have many clients but he made you feel like you was his only client Bobby is the Best

From start to finish I had an great support system.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. No deviations from what I was told was going to happen to what actually happened. The whole team was awesome to work with.

Buying a house is never stress free. It can be a lot less stressful if the lender you re working with keeps you in the loop and is transparent. Are we in a house? Yes. However, they were constantly losing paperwork. We had to resend thing up to 4 times. You d call, leave a message and there d be 2 day delay in response. Getting an email response was 3 to 4 days. Once we had a closing date, we were very excited. Ready to get into our home. We showed up at the attorneys office on time only to start playing phone tag between realtor, attorney and lender. We were told two different things by two different people that day. A manager (Chad) tried to delay it for another week (with us in the attorneys office) only for the processor (Kayla) to tell us it would be done. He was quite ugly with my wife at one point because we were questioning why things were delayed. Our appointment was at 100. We were at the attorneys office until after 600, but we finally closed. Lack of communication amongst 1st Signature employees is what I think the issue was that day. Regardless, when we buy again, we won t be using this company. It was nothing but stress from start to finish. The only reason I m giving it two stars instead of one is because there was a lady there that did everything in her power to get things done when she said it would be done and she s the one that got our closing finally pushed through. Kayla is her name. Other than that, piss poor experience.

Words cannot express how thankful my husband and I are for having our application end up on Aaron Morgan s desk with 1st Signature Lending. Working alongside him from the very beginning to the very end was nothing short of amazing. Buying a home in today s market can be stressful, especially with the housing shortage in many areas, but Aaron kept us informed and checked in with us and our realtor weekly as we searched for the perfect home! His level of communication was considered above the line! So much so, that when we got to the closing table, the closing attorney didn t share anything with us that we hadn t seen or heard prior from Aaron. His level of expertise and guidance during the loan process was very instrumental for me and my husband and we gained some very valuable information from him! The experience was an amazing one and we will definitely be using him again in our quest for our next home in the future!

I had a great experience with 1st signature lending. I worked with Marcus Gray to refinance my house. And he did a excellent job. I came out paying less for 15 years than what I was paying for 30 years on my home mortgage. I really think if your thinking about refinancing your home you should consider going with this company. I didn't have any problems. And all the paper work went smooth. I would highly recommend this company. And highly recommend Marcus Gray. He would always return my call and help and answer any questions.
