With my high debt load from dental school and orthodontic residency I was skeptical that it would be possible for me to get approved. After first looking to get an SBA loan he was able to get me approved with a conventional lender at a much better interest rate and loan terms. If you are looking for a lender who communicates well during the whole process then you have found the right place. I am extremely happy with the results of his hard work and I highly recommend him and his team for practice financing!

David Goldstein at 1st Med Financial has been instrumental in my business not once, but twice. He first helped me acquire my initial loan to buy my practice. After 4 years we are growing so much we need to expand to a larger location and he was able to get me a loan to build out the new location as well as refinance my current practice debt to be able to make it all happen. I'm extremely pleased with my experience working with 1st Med Financial to get funding for my newest dental practice. The practice was a diamond in the rough so traditional bank financing wasn't a slam dunk... or anywhere close.

Wow! I can't tell you how much David Goldstein helped me in securing a great loan for the purchase of my optometric practice from my overhead partners. Other lenders (banks) and institutions that courted me did not seem to have the acumen to understand the complexity of a buy-out within an overshare arrangement.
I spent nearly 8 months with another well-known big name lender professing to know and understand how to separate and re-combine the revenues and profit statements from our separate entities to fund the loan, only to be told by their underwriters to "wait one more quarter,(after 15 years of profitable tax returns) and then 'We will let you know'."
Very frustrating!
Mr. Goldstein and 1st Med Financial are not tied to a single lending entity and are totally abreast of exactly who are making optometric loans at great rates and terms, and for me, are capable of understanding how overhead share buy-outs work. He was very professional and always returned my calls and emails promptly. He helped the lender understand my particular situation and loan approval was completed with a few weeks of our initial application with much less frustration. He is a true liaison to optometrists seeking to expand their businesses. My new acquisition is already booming, the bills are being paid on time with a nice tidy profit for me and the rest of my staff.
