Wow! I can't tell you how much David Goldstein helped me in securing a great loan for the purchase of my optometric practice from my overhead partners. Other lenders (banks) and institutions that courted me did not seem to have the acumen to understand the complexity of a buy-out within an overshare arrangement.
I spent nearly 8 months with another well-known big name lender professing to know and understand how to separate and re-combine the revenues and profit statements from our separate entities to fund the loan, only to be told by their underwriters to "wait one more quarter,(after 15 years of profitable tax returns) and then 'We will let you know'."
Very frustrating!

He was very professional and always returned my calls and emails promptly. He helped the lender understand my particular situation and loan approval was completed with a few weeks of our initial application with much less frustration. He is a true liaison to optometrists seeking to expand their businesses. My new acquisition is already booming, the bills are being paid on time with a nice tidy profit for me and the rest of my staff.
