1st Class Real Estate Review

There is no agent from this group assigned to the home I was interested on Ashwood in Chesapeake so I tried texting the number on the sign, doesn't work. Then I tried texting the phone number on the sign, also doesn't work (landline). So then I called 7/20, 1300, and asked to see the house. The woman who answered asked me if I had an agent. I told her I had a friend I would use for the contract and closing, if interested. She said I could ONLY SEE THE HOUSE IF I SIGNED A BUYER BROKER AGREEMENT with them!!! I told her I was not interested in the house anymore. I hope the seller is aware that they won't even show the house to interested parties unless they can make a commission off of it. They are doing a disservice to all sellers if they won't show houses to potential buyers. I am no longer interested in the house as a direct result of just the listing agent, or any others like one i saw today in Western branch. This is why people are weary of agents.
