As per mine suggestion this company can't satisfied me, reasons are many....................

worst experience of my life...they called me for interview for backend process work and then asked me to do calling....cunning agents...even if they don't have the post vacant...they wrote it has vacancy..plzz don't go there..

Lots of oppurtunities to grow, best platform for beginners. So helpful nature of seniors and supportive management.

Pathetic Human resource department. Never join this company because they lie to you on phone for high salary but they offer 7,000rs. during interview even if you have good communication skills. Interviewers are uneducated morons who misguide you at every step.
They are big time lier.

I worked here back in 2016, First of all the consultancy firm get me here was completely unethical they use to charge from Candidates. Training period 15 days No-Paid, After the certification and all we start working the salary was quite low 7,500 even that you will get after working for 45Days means you get this month's salary Next month on 15th or sometimes even later like 16-17 as well, Management was very poor I get to know about HR when I completed 2 months here. Overall experience I had working here was very bad my Team leader and Assistant Manager left the job without resignation and on the Floor without any salary because Management use to put pressure on everyone working here.

I was only one who completed notice period in my batch which is quite an achievement.
If you are looking for job and not completed your graduation I would suggest you to go to
*Policy Bazar* instead of 1Point1 Solutions.

Salery is very low and given by check after 45 days, training is not paid ,when u leave there after 6month the staff denial to give experience letter they said no use of there experience letter

It's good for freshers only. They are not following covid policy. Security gard is not wearing mask and hr's also not wearing mask. 5-6 hr they are taking for interview if you will say for more salary so they will put you on hold. It's very cheap company.
