A charming establishment to dine in. Excellent cuisine and drink selection and the ambience is hard to beat. I look forward to the return of their brunch to try it out. Based on the fantastic experience we encountered there, I'd love to see what else they can do.
Great place, nice atmosphere. Service was excellent and they have done a great job with Covid-19 precautions. Food is a little pricey, but not bad for a once in a while occasion.
This place is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is unlike anything else and the food and drinks are well above average. The staff are super nice and always look forward to eating here.
Lovely out door seating . wait staff was wonderful. Food 5 stars .we watched the wait staff break down and sterilize the table ,chairs. Very impressed. Tables well spread out 12 feet at least
,bathrooms are completely cleaned at the top of every hour. Sign is posted. You must have food with your drink either appetizer , soup,salad or your entree. You can not sit there with just a drink. We would diffently go back even if it is 45 min drive.

This is a gem of a place in Ipswich with an extensive menu for dining and a large selection of wines. You can make reservations for for a lovely 3 course meal or grab a quick bite like a burger in the Tavern with no reservations. The food was outstanding - roasted rack of lamb, salmon and shrimp special, crusted tuna, grilled sea bass - it all tasted delicious. The portions were very generous, and cooked to perfection. The service couldn't be better, all the staff were very friendly and did not try to rush us through dinner. We had a very relaxed meal, sitting in plush, deep leather chairs that were extremely comfortable. The ambiance was very cozy as you can see from the photos. It was a perfect evening at an exquisite inn.
First time in almost 2yrs and it was just as good as ever! Food, service, social distance and atmosphere! Great!!
