We came in to service our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After walking around aimlessly through the showroom, Katherine asked if we needed help. My husband informed her that he wanted to take a look at the 2019 high altitude and that we recently purchased a 2018 altitude but really wanted the high altitude. Katherine explained the difference in the two and went through the steps to get us in the car of our dreams. After a lot of pushing back and forth Katherine was able to get us a deal of a lifetime. Super satisfied with how we were treated by Katherine. Will recommend her to all my friends and family!
