First time ever ordering at oakley's and the last....

First time ever ordering at oakley's and the last. I ordered a chicken fried steak, took it home to eat and when I opened the togo box I new right off it wouldn't be a good experience. The chicken fried steak was very dark brown and instead of the battery being crispy it was soft and when I lifted it up out of the Togo box onto my plate my hand and fingers had grease all over them. This can only mean one thing that is was cooked in very old and dirty grease. I called and explained what the ordeal was and all I got was excuses. The lady on the phone asked me if I wanted a manager to call me back the next day since he wasn't there at the time and I said yes please and guess what still waiting on the phone call. I would not recommend anyone to go there.
So day three and still no phone call.

You shouldn't have to check if you had any kind of good management I called less than two hours after I picked up my order they took my name and number and said that management would call me back the next day. So this leads me to believe that the management knows that my accusations are true and did not want to face me , just another reason never to go back and to tell friends not to give their business here. Oh yea it's now been ten days with no phone call.
