Very wonderful. One of the oldest Franciscan basilicas, it was built in 1294 with the design of architect Arnolfo di Cambio. There are numerous works of art that are part of the church, such as frescoes, sculptures and paintings, but beyond the architecture itself, there are the tombs and funerary monuments of prominent Italian figures. So much so that the basilica became the "Pantheon of Glories in Italy". Some of the best known are Michelangelo, Dante, Galileo Galilei, Machiavelli and Leonardo da Vinci.
Near the train station, it is within easy reach.
