I have been a customer for more than 25 years. After mounting a screw set, initially very satisfied. within a year a spring was broken which was not covered by the warranty. After my complaint, I received a new spring from the supplier as an exception. This is then mounted by Deni. When the car was ready, the mechanic reported that a ticking sound was heard. This would be due to a worn stabilizer bar. Before the spring was replaced did I not have a single tap despite the broken spring? I accepted this as true at that time. 2 weeks later my car had to be inspected. the stabilizer bars were checked and found to be in order. (auot would also not be approved otherwise. I contacted Deni again and told that the sound had to come from somewhere else. I was not invited for a check and it was better to replace the Stabilizer bar. I then did this too 125 euro incl assembly. Unfortunately, the ticking sound remained louder, contact was again made with Deni for a check, there appeared to be a defect in the dust cover of the shock absorber, this was subsequently corrected, when I asked what was going to happen with the costs that I had made on the advice of deni, I got 0.0 on account, I am very disappointed and will never come again, I have advertised deni a lot word of mouth in the last 25 years. I do from now on but in a negative way.
