I have been staying here with family since one yea...

I have been staying here with family since one year now. Overall experience is above average. Its very nice community in terms of facilities, staff, location etc.
Pros
- Location : Close to 101 and Lawrence. The AMC market place also quite close by (for walmart, restaurants, theatre etc)
-Gated community. Ample landscape, parking, common facilities like laundries, 2 gyms, 2 swimming pools, etc.
-Quick turnaround time of staff members for any issues raised. They listen to your issues and are responsive.
- Family and kids friendly community
-The management team is friendly and quick to solve your problems

Cons
-The trash area are mostly full and filthy
-People staying here many times do not clean after while using common facilities like laundry
-Overall clean community but outdoor maintenance like lawn mowing is not done regularly
