I was in literally yesterday for a triple forward helix piercing. Before coming I had my questions pleasantly (and quickly!) responded to via email...& when I got there Saylor was so kind and helped put me at ease about it the piercing. Explained everything he was going to do, and worked with me to decide on placement. Very knowledgable. And the lady at the front desk held my hand and was very professional and sweet as well. All said and done an amazing, organized, clean, friendly shop. Thank you!
