It is sad to give them one star review, since my job uses them, my parents had a furnace installed by them, and I have used them to repair our furnace at home, but it is the actions of a single salesperson that causes this review.
On our last service visit, we were told that we would need a new furnace. Ok, no problem.
The service person said he would have the sales office call us to give us a quote for a furnace.
Sales office never called.
Ok.
We went to the home show to sepak with different companies.
We spoke with Posinello fuels, who spent about 10 minutes with us telling us what to look for, etc. He even took out number so he could give us an estimate.
We saw Family Danz there, and the service technician that does the work at my job. He introduced us to the salesman who was working the show, John Raiti, who just shunned us, and didn't answer any question s. Just ignored us.
We walked away with the understanding that he didn't want to deal with us, so we didn't follow up with Family Danz, we called Polsinello instead.

The sales person from Posinello came over, gave us an estimate for a furnace and Central air, explained to us the rebate from National Grid, and even did the paperwork for us. we had them installed a few months ago.
