I bought my car insurance through gocompare in spetember, it was 1300 pounds and with RCIB. So I went for it, 300 pounds firsr payment and rest in monthly instalments. When they phoned me they rose the price to 2200! They had hard selling technic. When I said I wont go for it, they said it will take a week to get my money back! So I had no choice as 300 pounds was all I had at the time to insure my car. Than they forced me to sign premium finace with some brother close comapny. On friday I sold my car so next day I phoned them up to cancel my insurance. They told me 560 quid for cancellation and apparently it was axa who had such a high cancellation fees. I said I wont pay this. After I phoned AXA about it and they said cancellation fees are none or 35 pounds.

Edited: after few emails my cancellation fee was reduce to 16 pounds also after investigating RCIB offered me a refund of 183 quid. Regardless to all issues they clean up their mess and left me with good impression.
