We had a fantastic time at Resort Collina d Oro.

We had a fantastic time at Resort Collina d Oro.
From dinner to Spa all was exceptional.
Especially one employee Simona was going out of her way welcoming us with a genuine smile, introducing us to our room and taking care of us in an excellent way. I asked for some rental bikes, and all was organized so smoothly. This is not a standard service from the hotel. The more it s great to see when staff think out of the box and exceeds standard service making our stay exceptional.
